- The 50% of the amount must be paid at booking time by bank transfer.
- The remainder 50% and the deposit must be paid cash on delivery of the keys.
- The house must be released not later than 10.00 am ;
- the delivery of the keys can be arranged from 12.00 am until 08.00 pm;
- the price includes final cleaning, use of the linen of the house, consumption of electricity and the water.
